This page originally contained Internal Letters of Intent from the past and also included archived Internal Letters of Acceptance and Return (ILoARs) from the Keythong herald. We now use an online database for commentary on heraldic submissions.
Beginning January 2004, letters of intent can be commented on online. The actual letters will continue to be produced and archived here, but the online commentary system is now the preferred venue.
The ILoIs are available in two formats: HTML with inline color images and PDF, with separate color images and B&W images available. To save the PDF files or images to your computer, right click on the link and choose "Save Target As..." in Internet Explorer or "Save Link As..." in Netscape.
The PDF files require Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available for free.
Internal Letters of Acceptance and Return are available only in Word format at this time. However, the status of any submission appearing on an Internal Letter of Intent from October 2003 onward can also be checked via the Online Commentary System.
