Northshield Authorization Card Renewal Form & Waiver
If your authorization card expired and you would like a replacement, please download this form (the required waiver is included) and follow the instructions contained within.
We encourage you to apply for the new authorization card even if your current authorization card is not due to expire soon.

Marshal-in-Training (MIT) Information for ALL martial activities:
The MIT procedure has been rewritten (7/2/2007). Anyone wishing to become a warranted marshal should talk to your regional marshal or deputy earl marshal of the activity you wish to become marshal of.

Information on Minor Fighting with Adults for Armored Combat and Rapier:
Only designated marshals may hold the class needed for the minors, and they will give you the necessary paperwork. Only the KEM or specifically designated deputies may authorize these minors.

Warrant Rosters

Reporting and Forms
- Quarterly and Domesday Reports: See the respective DEM webpages for the reporting schedule.
- Tourney reports should be sent to the respective Regional Deputy Marshal for the activity. If there is no regional, or that office is vacant, reports should be sent to the respective Deputy Earl Marshal for the activity. Any injuries or incidents need to be reported to the DEM, who will report it to the KEM within 48 hours.
- Report Forms
- Online Marshal Reporting Form for quarterly/domesday reports only.
- Marshal Tournament Reporting and Other Forms. Follow instructions printed at the bottom of each form.
- Online Change of Officer Form for use when officers change. You must follow up with a hard copy sent to the Earl Marshal, and it is not official until accepted by the EM.
