Problems with not reporting:

Any Seneschal who does not report is considered "resigned" and the group will be in suspension until something is done about it. This means that no events or activities may be held until the matter is resolved. This is Society policy and can be found in the Governing Documents. Thus, non-reporting puts your entire group in jeopardy. If the incumbent officer can get the report to the Kingdom Seneschal and explain the tardiness of it to the the Kingdom Seneschal's satisfaction, the resignation will be lifted and the incumbent officer will be on probation until the next reporting period. If that report is in on time the probation is lifted. If not, the incumbent's resignation will stand and the group suspended until a new Seneschal can be found.
